SYSTAT 12

Licensing Details

A single user license for SYSTAT provides individuals the right to install the software onto a single work PC and home PC or laptop. The second installation cannot be used at the same time as the primary installation. The second installation is licensed exclusively to the registered user of the primary installation.

Each installation requires the registered user to register their machine ID in order to receive license files. After registration, license files are usually emailed within 24 hours. SYSTAT will operate for 30 days without a license file.

The license to use the SYSTAT software is for an indefinite period, however, technical aspects of the installation process limit its use to the PC (PC's) on which it was initially installed. Users with the current version of the software can move the software from one machine to another. The new installation requires registration and a new license file.

Maintenance provides you with all updates, upgrades and help desk support for the licensed software for the duration of your maintenance term. Maintenance can be renewed annually (25% of the new license fee). Maintenance renewals are optional.

With SYSTAT it is possible to purchase a one user floating network license. This means that anyone in the organisation can use the program, but only one user at a time can use it. Multi-user user floating licenses are common. For many organisations, this is a very cost effective arrangement, particularly, where there are a few regular users and various people who use the program only occasionally. network pricing>>

It is also possible to negotiate site licenses at a very low cost per user. A site license can be applied to any organisation, from a small single site to a  multi-site geographically dispersed organisation.
