Hearne Scientific Software becomes Government Endorsed Supplier
Hearne is now a certified federal government endorsed supplier. The Endorsed Supplier Arrangement (ESA) provides prequalification for suppliers in the Information Technology, Major Office Machine, Commercial Office Furniture and Auctioneering industries to sell into the government marketplace.
The Endorsed Supplier application process is based on a self-assessment approach with responses accepted in good faith, and verified at the time of a random or targeted review. To be granted Endorsed Supplier status companies must satisfy all criteria.
Criteria that are considered at the time of assessment include:
- Industry development (for IT and Major Office Machines only);
- Financial viability;
- Favourable referee reports (successful track record to deliver);
- Product and service compliance with the agreed industry standards;
- Compliance with Government policies; and
- Agreement and adherence to the Endorsement rules.
