Energy Express for Engineers
Introduction
Energy Express for Engineers offers the ability to produce a more detailed and complex model of a building's energy consumption.
Energy Express for Engineers Version 1.0 will be released in 2006.
In addition to the Architects' version, it will feature:
- Peak load estimate for equipment sizing
- A customisable detailed HVAC model more suited to design engineers
- Graphic editing of air handling systems and thermal plant layouts
- Use of the thermal plant model to configure boilers and chillers in many different ways
Models created using Energy Express for Architects will be fully compatible with the Engineers' version.
