How can I access the AccuRate Help files in Windows Vista?

AccuRate uses the older WinHelp format for its help file. In order to view this file in Windows Vista, you need to download an aditional (free) component from Microsoft. The package is available at: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=6EBCFAD9-D3F5-4365-8070-334CD175D4BB&displaylang=en

AccuRate keeps reverting to demonstration mode, is there a permanent fix to this problem?

This is a known bug in AccuRate Australian and New Zealand edition. If your version of AccuRate reverts to demonstration mode please contact us and provide the following information:
• Hearne invoice number
• Your computer’s serial number
• Full name
• Email address
