Premium Maintenance

Premium Maintenance includes all the benefits of Standard Maintenance and the following additional benefits:

  • Priority technical support via email for software related issues.
  • Training support via phone or email (response within 24 hours) for entering data, modeling techniques and advice on dwelling interpretation.
  • Single user license of The AccuRate Trainer (valued at $440 inc GST) and free upgrades to this training package as they become available during the maintenance period. In addition to helping users to get the most out the AccuRate software, this training package has been tailored to help users pass the ABSA certification.

The agreement for Premium Maintenance spans 12-month and it is recommended that customers renew the agreement at the end of the initial 12 months to keep up with the latest software and industry developments.
