Standard Maintenance

Standard Maintenance includes the following benefits for users of AccuRate:

  • Free AccuRate updates as they become available during the maintenance period.
  • Custom library files.  
  • Technical support via email for software related issues.
  • Subscription to the "Tips ‘n’ Tools” Newsletter - an expanded version of the questions and answers collected from fellow AccuRate users.
  • Home-use license – the user can install AccuRate on one additional home or laptop computer for the duration of the maintenance period provided that he/she is the user of both computers and no more than one installation is in use at any given time.

The agreement for Standard Maintenance spans 12-month and it is recommended that customers renew the agreement at the end of the initial 12 months to keep up with the latest software and industry developments.

Standard Maintenance does not include training support (eg. entering data, modeling techniques or advice on dwelling interpretation). This service is available as part of Premium Maintenance.
