WinWedge 3.0 Released - New features and enhancements to make data collection from equipment easier and faster
Hearne is pleased to announce the new release of WinWedge v3.0 Standard.
Features of version 3.0 include:
- User definable Hot Keys
- Support for up to 16 serial ports
- A Pre-Input Character Translation Table
- Additional data parsing and filtering capabilities
- Timed Automatic Serial Output function
- An expanded set of DDE commands
- Complete context sensitive help
- New Virtual Instrument mode
The user's manual has also been re-written to include many new examples for setting up and using WinWedge with different serial devices and other software products (i.e. new versions of Excel). All new features were designed to support a wider range of RS232 instruments and I/O data formats as well as make WinWedge much easier to set up and use.
